Malaysia To 5 ghosts... (1)

If you believe this is the day that spirits and ghosts roam freely among the living, do you think they come in the form of vampires, werewolves and witches? What about the local spirits and ghosts? Yes, the locals in Malaysia have their own versions of what these horrible creatures look like and what they are called.

Here are five Malaysian scary ghosts and demons, you should know from, just in case you ever come across them.

1) PONTIANAK
The Pontianak is the local version of a vampire. They are sometimes referred to as matianak, Kuntilanak and called Kunti. But unlike the Western version of a vampire who Pontianak is believed that the spirit of a woman who died during pregnancy. In fact, it is known as a city of Pontianak in Indonesia. It was named after this creature, because it apparently followed the first Sultan who lived there.
How to Identify a Pontianak 


As you say, you are faced with a Pontianak? Easy, if you see a beautiful Caucasian woman with long hair and dressed in white, beware. If you're a man and you come across this sight in the middle of the night in an isolated area, especially if they travel alone on a lonely road, do not stop your car. In the village, or in a residential area, you will usually know, a Pontianak is near when they hear a baby crying. The softer the wines, the closer the creature is, and the louder the cries get, the further away it is. If the Pontianak is near, you'll get the smell of a floral like perfume, followed by a terrible stench. During the day, the Pontianak is usually hidden in a banana tree.

                 

What will it do? 
A Pontianak kills usually by digging in the stomachs of their prey with its sharp nails. If they are revenge against a man they tear sexual organs of the man. Remember, if you close your eyes, because they are known to suck it. 

How can I fight it? 
The best way to fight against a Pontianak is removed by immersing a nail into the hole on the neck. That is, if you get married, that near.

2)LANG SUIR
 
Many often confused between Pontianak and Langsuir. The long-Suir is used a kind to Pontianak, but they are considered dangerous. The word long Suir is to be derived from a Malay word for eagle. The long-Suir is a spirit of a woman who suffered from birth, what mother and child dying. It is believed that this woman is turning 40 days after her death in a long-Suir.

How to Identify a long-Suir
 The Pontianak seem nice at first to draw his victims, especially men, but a long-Suir is atrocious and downright scary looking. It has red eyes with long sharp nails. They are dressed mostly shown in white or green. The long-Suir loves to prey on pregnant women. 
What will it do? 
The long-Suir preys on pregnant women and kill them, and causes them to have a miscarriage. The long-Suir is usually find yourself wondering near the shoreline of a river or the sea. If they can not find a human sacrifice, is to be paid by the consumption of fish. No seriously. 
How can I fight? 
Many locals believe that if a woman suffers and dies at birth, it is best to place glass balls into the mouth of the corpse. This is to prevent the woman from himself into a long-Suir. If it is too late, to prevent it from turning, is, just remember that the long-Suir usually sucks the blood of their victims through a hole behind his neck. To build long-Suir hair in this hole, or cut the claws, and they will once again become a man. Or so it is believed.
